All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). During high-demand periods or product launches, please allow a little extra time — your patience is appreciated while we prepare your order with care.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)  

Orders within Australia are shipped via Australia Post with tracking.  

Standard delivery: 3–7 business days  

Express delivery: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)

International Shipping  

ALIGNMENT888 ships worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Most orders arrive within 7–14 business days.  

Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes — these are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking  

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can check your order status anytime using the tracking link provided.

Lost or Delayed Packages  

If your order appears delayed or missing, please contact us at shopalignment888@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll help investigate with the courier.
